Remembering the days of P.B. Scotts in Boone, NC during the heydays of rock and roll. Sidewinder and Peak City Band are bringing the P.B. Scott’s vibe to Saloon Studios.  You’ll enjoy reminiscing with the scores of P.B. Scott’s fans.

For people who grew up in Eastern North Carolina in the ’80s, the band Sidewinder is synonymous with great music and good times. Known as “the East Coast’s premier rock and roll powerhouse,” Sidewinder played thousands of gigs and appeared on the nationally syndicated TV show “Star Search”.  Reunited in 99 for a benefit… then another a year later, then a few more…been doing 3-6 shows a year for the past 15-20 years!

Peak City Band plays their own unique interpretations of classic rock and blues songs you know and love, but don’t hear every day. Every song is performed using imagination to make it into their own blend. Peak City Band is VERY energetic and creative, never a dull moment. They bring a variety of musical backgrounds and 13+ years of experience that creates a solid and synchronized memorable sound and show.

All events are RAIN OR SHINE. Please bring a poncho, no umbrellas as they interfere with others’ views. We will monitor the weather and could delay the start of a concert if there is a threat of severe weather and/or ask patrons to take shelter until the weather passes.” Stage and setup for these events takes a dedicated crew working all day. We will always do our best to make sure the show goes on as planned, but if the weather becomes dangerous to our performers, patrons and staff, we reserve the right to cancel these events. Cancellations will be posted on Facebook. Any show already in progress will not be issued a refund. We will do our best to reschedule performers at a future date whenever possible. We try to make the best-informed decision possible, but we all know how unpredictable summer weather can be.
