
Frontier Day - A Family Event
Come out to the Saloon Studios Old West Town for a day of cowboy reenactments of days long ago on the Frontier! Learn about 19th-century firearms, watch a blacksmith forge metal, spinners weave wool, and other artisan crafts.
Cowboy reenactors will entertain with gunfights, historical presentations, and cowboy music. Traditional craftsmen will demonstrate skills from the frontier from blacksmiths to leatherworkers to weavers.

High Noon – Live Painting by World-Renowned Artist, Shannon MacDonald
1:00-1:45pm – Gun Fight Reenactments including Wild Bill Hickock vs. Davis Tutt
1:45-2:00pm – Plains Indian Wars Presentation, Weaving Demo
2:00-5:00pm – Gun Fight Reenactments including At the OK Corral
5:00pm – Andy Johnson, The Singing Cowboy
6:00pm – Hasta La Vista

Saloon Studios Live has teamed up with Shannon MacDonald of The Shannon Gallery. She will be painting LIVE at high noon, creating a “cowboy themed” portrait at Frontier Day!
